Alex Harty [Poppy Montgomery] Poppy Montgomery is "Arden Ansfield", Alex's trash talking best friend from highschool. Still obsessed with her ex-boyfriend, Sterling, she rekindles an old war between him and Alex. Poppy grew up in Sydney, Austrilia and moved at age 18 to the States, where she quickly landed a role on ABC's "Relativity".
